What is a Magic Body Control suspension?
Magic Body Control uses stereo cameras to detect road surface irregularities in advance (Road Surface Scan) and adjusts the dampers accordingly. It is based on the Active Body Control suspension from the previous model series. The stereo camera's measurement accuracy is between one and two millimeters and covers a distance of five to fifteen meters in front of the vehicle. This is intended to compensate for body roll. The system functions during the day in good visibility conditions and on dry roads (not in wet conditions), and at speeds up to 130 km/h.
