Description
This ABC pressure line was developed by us as an alternative to the original expansion hose with the OE number A220 320 59 72 from Mercedes.
It is a well-known problem that the original expansion hose has a service life of 1,5 - 2 years, then it is leaking again. In addition, this is not very easy to replace, so we came up with a completely new variant.
On the one hand, hydraulic hoses that can withstand an operating pressure of up to 600 bar were used, and on the other hand, the line was divided into two parts. In order to be able to replace it more easily in the event of a defect, which mainly occurs in the end piece.
Next, it was important for us to make the end piece openable so that oil can be drained here or, in the case of a defective hydraulic pump, hydraulic pressure can be fed into the system via this connection so that the vehicle can be lifted. For example, if the vehicle has sagged and no more pressure can be built up via its own hydraulic pump, the vehicle can be made transportable here.
