Here you can purchase a repair/maintenance of your defective ABC pump.
To do this, after purchase, you must send us your defective spare part together with our repair form.
(The form is very important so that we can assign your spare part to you and the process can continue!)
You also have the option of coming by with your vehicle by appointment. We will remove and repair your defective spare part and reassemble everything professionally.
(The price only applies to the repair of the spare part; any costs for installation and removal are extra.)
Repair process:
- Remove the defective spare part yourself or have it removed.
- Print out the repair form, fill it out or send it to us by email.
- Please send us your defective spare part, well packaged, together with the repair form.
- After receipt, your spare part is disassembled by hand, cleaned, inspected, measured and finally checked for repairability.
- You will then receive a letter detailing the defects in your spare part and can then decide at your leisure how you would like to proceed.
- If you decide to have the repair done, a bank transfer or PayPal payment is possible.
- After successful repair, we will send your spare part back to you very well packaged.
The processing time in our company is 1-2 working days. However, if there is a high volume of orders, the processing time may be longer.
